Top Spot
This morning I was walking along Wandsworth Road behind a young man of about 6 or 7, wearing a tweed cap, long coat and clutching the lead of a small Jack Russell Puppy. From the back he looked just like a normal size man and his dog – but scaled down. As I walked past I looked back and noticed that the boys Dad was none other thna Will Self.

Conversation with new boss on his return from the shop:
Him: There you go, a creme egg, which i’m hoping will buy me another 10 minutes (he’s already 15 minutes late for a meeting he called).
Me: Thats ok, I was keeping quiet because I know I have to leave at 5.30pm, and i was going to bring up the late issue at about 5.15….
