A campaign

Death to all mosquitos!  Seriously what are they for anyway?  There are no mosquitos here in Central otago, NZ, um except the one that bit me yesterday.  The bites I got in Australia have just faded.  Unfortunately I’ve been bitten near the same place on my ankle – below is the cankle-like result:

Clue – its the one on the right…

The babysitter

So I sat the baby yesterday.  She did two poos in one hour, which meant my first experience of nappy changing.  I was pretty proud of my second attempt, well at least until my sister went to change her when she got home.  She giggled as she removed the nappy, why?  because it was on backwards…  Nappy application = fail.

On my mind

I had a horrible dream this morning in the hour between the kids waking me up and me actually getting up at 7.30am.  I dreamt i found a nice flat to live in but had decided to share with two ex colleagues.  I had a huge room with a shower room attached.  Unfortunately one of the guys (my ex team leader) had decied to use my room as an office during the day.  Not just for him but for 5 or so IT people.  It was horrible trying to shower in the shower room in view of the whole ‘office’.

Mozzie mofos

Mad mosquito bites from sitting on the deck for a mere 30 minutes in Brisbane.  The mosquitos – they luff me!  The bites are swollen, sore and madly itchy.  Bloody aussie mozzies, they always get me!
